I brought my son here for a physical and previously for a migraine, and both visits were wonderful! Dr. Mannu Gill was fabulous—so kind and helpful. The facility was very clean, and I’m always impressed by how friendly and welcoming the staff is. I would definitely recommend them!

I had a great experience. The staff was extremely kind, professional, and patient throughout the entire visit. They took the time to listen, answer our questions, and explain everything clearly without making us feel rushed. You can tell they genuinely care about their patients and want them to feel comfortable and well taken care of. Everyone was welcoming and respectful from start to finish. I really appreciate the level of care we received and would definitely recommend them to others.

I never thought I'd end up needing the services of NewMed in Mt. Prospect, but a freak accident caused me to need 5 stitches in my finger! Never felt so well taken care of, from the moment I walked in bleeding, to leaving in much better shape! Staff/reception did a great job checking me in and processing all the necessary insurance paperwork. The Dr. or PA/NP (so sorry I didn't get her name)was fantastic and got me through a pretty gruesome treatment with the least amount of discomfort. I highly recommend this group for trust, knowledge, experience and overall friendliness.

I came to this urgent care for a deep cut on my index finger and wasn’t sure if I would need stitches. Thankfully, Alex Joseph was able to stitch the cut quickly and nearly painlessly. He was friendly, professional, and made the whole experience much easier than I expected. I also really appreciated how welcoming and helpful the front desk team was. Great experience overall, and I highly recommend this urgent care!

I highly recommend this facility. Everyone was so sweet and organize. But one MA stood out the most, I believe her name was Arisai. She was super sweet and very helpful. My aunt felt so comfortable around her. She mentioned that Arisai took the time to explain to her the procedure and answered any questions. She did amazing and my aunt is glad to have met her. Went in to get my leg checked out and blood drawn.it was quick to get in and didnt have to wait long at all. Im a new adult trying to figure out where to start or understand the process. All of the staff were nice and cery informative didnt make me feel stupid at all. The staff member that did my blood draw was amazing and sweet! Helped me with my fear of needles and made the process 100% calming and simple. Not only that, she was very caring and easy to talk to! I will 100% be coming back. That nice lady deserves the biggest raise!

I brought my daughter here for a sick visit. The staff were super friendly, efficient, and caring. Yesenia at the front desk helped me with an insurance issue, nurse Elle and Dr. Julia were very attentive and addressed all of our needs. I will definitely be back!

I stopped in to get seen and I was able to get in right away. This is always my “go to” for urgent cares because the staff are ALL super friendly and helpful! I LOVED my nurse Sarah (?)- she is perfect for her position because she is super kind, caring and genuine; as was my doctor who I saw. Everyone is always fabulous here and I would never go anywhere else. Thank you all so much!!
