We treat a wide range of non-life-threatening illnesses and injuries, including flu, colds, sore throat, ear infections, urinary tract infections (UTIs), sprains, minor cuts, burns, rashes, coughs, asthma flare-ups, and work-related injuries. We also provide primary care, physicals, on-site lab testing, women's health services, and more.

Our Mt. Prospect urgent care clinic is open Monday through Sunday from 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM, including weekends, making it easy to receive care when your primary care physician isn't available.

Our Mt. Prospect clinic provides a wide range of healthcare services, including urgent care, primary care, COVID-19 testing, STD testing, on-site laboratory services, physical exams, women's health, treatment for work-related injuries, and care for common illnesses and minor injuries.

Yes. We accept most major insurance plans, including many PPO, HMO, and Medicare plans. If you're uninsured, affordable self-pay pricing is also available. Contact our office to verify your specific insurance coverage before your visit.

Our experienced providers treat a variety of non-life-threatening conditions, including cold and flu symptoms, sore throats, ear infections, urinary tract infections (UTIs), minor cuts, sprains, strains, burns, rashes, asthma flare-ups, and work-related injuries. We also provide preventive and primary care services.

You can expect prompt, comprehensive, and compassionate care for illnesses and injuries. Our providers take time to diagnose your condition, identify any related issues, and build a treatment plan tailored to you, all guided by evidence-based medicine.

No appointment or referral is required. You're welcome to walk in any day of the week between 8:00 AM and 9:00 PM, or you can book online ahead of time to help minimize your wait.

NewMed Immediate Care can treat a wide range of non-life-threatening conditions, including sprains, strains, minor burns, lacerations, ear infections, and respiratory illness. Warning signs of an emergency include:

• Chest pain or signs of a heart attack lasting two minutes or longer
• Sudden numbness, weakness, or other signs of a stroke
• Severe shortness of breath
• Heavy bleeding that doesn't stop after 10 minutes of direct pressure
• Major injuries, head trauma, or loss of consciousness
• High fever (104°F or higher) in a child, or any fever in an infant under 6 months

Yes. In addition to Rolling Meadows, we regularly welcome patients from Palatine, Arlington Heights, Elk Grove Village, Medinah, Prospect Heights, and surrounding Northwest suburb communities.

Urgent care treats non-life-threatening illnesses and injuries that need same-day attention — such as flu, sprains, minor lacerations, infections, and rashes. Visit the ER for life-threatening conditions like chest pain, stroke symptoms, severe bleeding, head trauma, broken bones, or difficulty breathing. When in doubt, call 911.

We offer both. In addition to walk-in urgent care, NewMed Immediate Care provides ongoing primary care, annual physicals, chronic disease management (diabetes, asthma, high blood pressure), women's health, birth control consultations, and preventive screenings.

Yes. We provide rapid and PCR COVID-19 testing, flu testing, and confidential STD testing including HIV, chlamydia, and gonorrhea screening. Most results are available on-site or within 24–48 hours via our in-house lab.

Yes. We are certified to perform DOT physicals for commercial drivers, employer-required work physicals, school physicals, and sports physicals at all three locations.

Yes, our providers treat patients of all ages, including children, for urgent and primary care needs.

No appointment is required. Walk-ins are welcome at all three Illinois locations during open hours (8 AM – 9 PM, 7 days a week). For shorter wait times, book online or call ahead.
